Definition:
A Grounding Map is a directory-based index layer that connects a website's Grounding Pages, explanatory articles, evidence pages and machine-readable resources.

Architecture:
- Grounding Map Directory: a stable directory such as /facts/ or /fakten/.
- Grounding Map Index Page: the directory landing page that lists and connects Grounding Pages.
- Grounding Page: a stable page for one entity or concept.
- Relationship Layer: typed links between pages, articles, evidence and resources.
- Evidence Layer: URLs that support definitions or relationships.
- Editorial Explanation Layer: articles or guides that explain the concept.
- Machine-readable Layer: .md.txt, llms.txt, JSON resources and structured data.
